We have made major improvements behind the scenes improving how we detect and create themes. Themes are now bucketed into categories like Feature request, Bug report, Onboarding, Commercial and more, making them easier to understand at a glance. Each theme now also includes the Tiers and Companies impacted and when a theme was generated.

You can now group your themes by Sentiment, Category, or Tier, helping you focus on the areas that matter most to your team.

We also now show when a thread is part of a theme in the sidebar so that you know when
