The first Discord integration for B2B support
We’re excited to introduce our Discord integration – the most seamless way to manage Discord support alongside your existing channels like Slack, email, chat, and more. Whether you're handling high-touch customer communities or fast-moving support requests in Discord, this integration keeps everything connected, without your team having to switch tools.

What’s new?
✅ Ingest Discord threads into Plain: Choose which forum channels to pull in, keeping support conversations structured.
✅ Reply to Discord threads from Plain: Respond directly from your Plain workspace, allowing your team to work efficiently from one unified platform.
✅ Unlock additional support workflows: Assign, comment, and track conversations in one place. Utilize SLAs, as well as Plain AI (for auto-triage and suggested responses) to support customers more efficiently.
✅ Customer context where you need it: Pull in relevant customer data so your team has your customer data at their fingertips – speeding up response times.
✅ Stay notified: Notifications keep you updated on new Discord activity, so nothing slips through the cracks.
How to get started
If you’re new to Plain, you can book a demo here. For existing users: head to Settings → Channels → Discord in your Plain workspace and follow the setup flow. It takes just a few clicks to connect your server and start managing Discord support alongside everything else.
This is just the start – check out our docs to get full details of what’s possible with our Discord integration, and the features we’ll follow-up with.
